Bullsplit Live Child Safety Standards

Effective and last updated: 20 October 2026

These standards apply to Bullsplit Live's Android app (com.bullsplit.live) and web app, operated by Bullsplit. They apply to all users, profiles, live conversations and reports.

Adults only

Bullsplit Live is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Do not create an account or use the service if you are under 18. Age is currently self-declared, not independently verified. An adult-only rule does not remove our responsibility to address child-safety concerns.

Prohibited child sexual abuse and exploitation

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes:

Nudity, sexual behavior, harassment, threats and recording other participants are also prohibited by our community rules.

Report a concern

During a conversation, open the call controls and choose Report. Select Underage for a suspected minor, Sexual content for sexual abuse/exploitation, or Other with a short factual description. Reporting also blocks the participant and ends that conversation. You can also use Block or Stop.

For concerns outside an active call or access problems, email support@bullsplit.in with the subject Bullsplit Live child safety. Include available account context, the approximate incident time and a brief description. Do not send, download, copy or redistribute illegal imagery, recordings or sexual material involving a child. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

This is not an emergency service. If a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority immediately.

Review and enforcement

Our response policy is to review child-safety reports, restrict access or remove offending accounts/content when warranted, and take appropriate action when we become aware of CSAM or exploitation. Responses can include ending calls, blocking further matching and banning accounts. Reports and relevant account/activity metadata support review; the service does not record calls, and reports do not include video evidence automatically. We do not promise continuous live monitoring, automated detection of every incident, or a guaranteed response time.

We preserve or disclose relevant information where legally required and report confirmed or suspected illegal child exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities as required by applicable law. Unnecessary copies of illegal material must not be created. Privacy, lawful preservation obligations and applicable reporting duties govern information handling.

Account owners may request review of a moderation decision through the contact below. Safety restrictions may remain in place while a matter is reviewed.

Safety contact and privacy

Bullsplit Live's public safety reporting contact is support@bullsplit.in. Use this address for child-safety concerns and moderation-review requests. The operator designates its responsible child-safety point of contact separately in Google Play Console.

See the Bullsplit Live privacy policy for data collection, report retention, account deletion and privacy requests. Report and moderation records can remain after account deletion for the safety purposes described there.

Updates

We publish changes on this page with a revised date. These standards state the service's rules and response commitments; they do not represent an independent safety certification.
