• Develop and deploy machine learning and generative AI models tailored to unique client needs.
• Enhance large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) using Hugging Face Transformers and optimize their performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve by conducting ongoing research on LLMs, generative AI, and transformer-based architectures.
• Design and implement data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Test, validate, and monitor model performance in real-world scenarios, making iterative improvements for reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI into products, platforms, and services.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of technical leadership within the team.

• Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LangFuse n8n, ElevenLabs, and CMS integrations.
• Engineer system-to-system integrations using APIs to facilitate intelligent process automation.
• Apply prompt and context engineering techniques to enhance the performance of conversational AI tools.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for automation and implement efficient solutions.

• **Requirements:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative AI and automation
• Expertise in languages such as Python, Java, and C++
• Proficiency in frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers
