1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and BullSplit (“BullSplit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the BullSplit job portal, CV builder, ATS checker, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookies Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you access or use the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, post jobs, or make payments on the Platform. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may browse publicly available content only under parental supervision but may not register an account or submit personal information.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract;
- You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law;
- You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and current.
BullSplit reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse or terminate access to any user who does not meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account using Google OAuth (“Sign in with Google”). By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- Maintain the security of your account credentials;
- Notify us immediately at support@bullsplit.in of any unauthorised access;
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
During registration, you will be asked to select your role: Job Seeker or Recruiter/HR/Company. You may switch roles at any time from your profile settings. Each role has different permissions, features, and responsibilities as described in these Terms.
You may not create more than one account without prior written permission. BullSplit reserves the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.
4. Job Seeker Responsibilities
As a job seeker, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information in your profile, CV, and applications;
- Not impersonate any person, company, or organisation;
- Apply only for positions for which you are genuinely interested and reasonably qualified;
- Respond to recruiter communications in a timely and professional manner;
- Not submit spam, unsolicited, or bulk applications;
- Not use contact details of recruiters obtained from the Platform for purposes other than job-related communication;
- Not upload CVs, portfolios, or documents containing malicious code, malware, or illegal content;
- Understand that BullSplit does not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses from recruiters.
BullSplit reserves the right to flag, hide, or remove any candidate profile that appears fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Recruiter / HR / Company Responsibilities
As a recruiter or company representative, you agree to:
- Post only genuine, legally compliant job vacancies that exist at the time of posting;
- Accurately represent your company, role, compensation, location, and requirements;
- Not post jobs that involve illegal activities, deceptive schemes, pyramid structures, or violations of labour laws;
- Not collect any fees, deposits, or payments from job seekers as a condition of employment;
- Treat candidate information and personal data with confidentiality and in compliance with applicable privacy laws;
- Not use candidate data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than evaluating them for the posted role;
- Respond to applicants in a reasonable and professional manner;
- Immediately remove any job posting that is no longer valid or has been filled;
- Comply with all applicable labour, employment, data protection, and anti-discrimination laws in India.
By posting a job on BullSplit, you warrant that you have the authority to recruit for that position and that the vacancy is genuine.
6. Job Posting Rules
All job postings on the Platform must comply with the following rules:
- Jobs must be for legitimate, lawful employment or contracting arrangements;
- Job titles, descriptions, salaries, and company details must be accurate and not misleading;
- Posts must not discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic under Indian law;
- Posts must not request sensitive personal information such as Aadhaar numbers, bank details, or passwords from applicants;
- Duplicate or near-identical job postings are not permitted;
- Jobs must be posted in the correct category;
- Postings must not advertise multi-level marketing (MLM), commission-only schemes marketed as salaried roles, or illegal activities;
- Postings must not include external links to malicious, deceptive, or irrelevant websites.
BullSplit reserves the right to review, modify, reject, or remove any job posting at its sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability.
7. User-Generated Content Policy
The Platform allows users to submit content including but not limited to job descriptions, company profiles, CVs, cover letters, reviews, and messages (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:
- Grant BullSplit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform;
- Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content;
- Confirm that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws;
- Acknowledge that BullSplit does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any User Content.
BullSplit reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or offensive, without notice and without liability.
8. Platform as Intermediary
BullSplit operates solely as a technology intermediary connecting job seekers with recruiters and employers. BullSplit is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, labour contractor, or employer of any kind.
BullSplit does not:
- Vet, verify, endorse, or recommend any job seeker, recruiter, or company listed on the Platform;
- Participate in, supervise, or take responsibility for any negotiation, hiring decision, employment contract, or outcome of any interaction between users;
- Act as an agent, partner, or representative of any employer or candidate;
- Guarantee that any job posting will result in applications, or that any application will result in an interview, offer, or hire.
Any employment relationship or engagement arising from use of the Platform is solely between the job seeker and the recruiter/employer. BullSplit accepts no liability for such engagements.
9. No Guarantee of Job Placement
BullSplit makes no representations or warranties that:
- Any user will secure a job, interview, callback, or employment offer;
- Any job posting is genuine, currently available, or suitable for any particular candidate;
- Any ATS score, CV assessment, or recommendation generated by the Platform will improve job outcomes;
- The number or quality of job listings on the Platform will meet user expectations.
BullSplit expressly disclaims all responsibility for the outcome of any job application, interview, or employment relationship.
10. Authenticity Disclaimer
BullSplit does not independently verify the identity, credentials, qualifications, intentions, or legitimacy of any user, whether job seeker or recruiter. Users interact with each other at their own risk.
BullSplit cannot guarantee that:
- Any recruiter is a legitimate business or authorised hiring representative;
- Any candidate profile is accurate or complete;
- Any communication from a recruiter or candidate is genuine.
Users are advised to exercise due diligence before sharing personal information, attending interviews, or engaging in any financial transaction with any party they meet through the Platform.
11. Fake Listings & Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer
While BullSplit takes reasonable steps to prevent fraudulent content, we cannot guarantee that all listings, profiles, or communications on the Platform are genuine. The Platform may, despite our efforts, contain:
- Fake or fraudulent job postings;
- Misleading salary or benefit claims;
- Impersonation of legitimate companies or recruiters;
- Fraudulent candidate profiles or fabricated CVs.
BullSplit shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from fraudulent or fake content on the Platform. If you encounter suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@bullsplit.in.
Users who submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent content will face immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
12. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
BullSplit may offer AI-powered features including but not limited to job description suggestions, CV improvement tips, ATS scoring, and keyword recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal, or HR advice;
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate;
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before submitting it;
- BullSplit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
13. Resume & CV Policy
When you create or upload a CV/resume on BullSplit:
- You confirm that all information in the CV is truthful and accurate;
- You grant BullSplit a licence to store, display to recruiters (where applicable), and process your CV data to operate the Platform;
- You understand that recruiters who view your CV may retain a copy and contact you directly;
- BullSplit is not responsible for how recruiters use, store, or share your CV data after accessing it through the Platform;
- Public share links to your CV are accessible by anyone with the link — do not include sensitive information such as Aadhaar numbers, PAN, or bank details.
BullSplit may generate PDF versions, ATS scores, and templates from your CV data solely for the purpose of providing services to you.
14. Communication & Notification Policy
By registering on the Platform, you consent to receiving communications from BullSplit including:
- Transactional emails (account updates, payment confirmations, application notifications);
- Service-related notifications (job recommendations, recruiter alerts);
- Promotional communications (new features, offers, newsletters) — which you may opt out of at any time.
BullSplit will not send unsolicited marketing messages without your consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@bullsplit.in.
BullSplit is not responsible for any communication sent between users through the Platform and does not monitor private messages.
15. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and databases on the Platform that are created by BullSplit are the exclusive intellectual property of BullSplit and are protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent;
- Use BullSplit’s name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement;
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any software on the Platform.
User Content remains the intellectual property of the respective user, subject to the licence granted to BullSplit under Section 7.
16. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google (OAuth authentication), Razorpay (payment processing), and Google Analytics. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies;
- BullSplit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service;
- The Platform may contain links to external websites — BullSplit does not endorse or take responsibility for such websites;
- Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
17. Advertising & Sponsored Content
The Platform may display advertisements, sponsored content, and promotional materials from third-party advertisers (including via Google AdSense). You acknowledge that:
- Advertisements are clearly distinguished from organic content wherever reasonably practicable;
- BullSplit does not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or legality of advertised products or services;
- Clicking on advertisements may direct you to third-party websites outside BullSplit’s control;
- Advertiser-submitted job listings or sponsored posts may appear prominently on the Platform.
BullSplit reserves the right to serve personalised advertisements based on your usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Payment Terms
Payments on the Platform are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms of service. By making a payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete billing information;
- Authorise BullSplit to charge the specified amount through your selected payment method;
- Accept that all prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise;
- Acknowledge that BullSplit does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials — all payment data is handled by Razorpay.
BullSplit reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
20. Single Job Publishing (Recruiter)
Recruiters may publish individual job postings for a one-time fee of ₹99 per job. Single job publishing provides:
- One job posting active for 30 days;
- Full applicant management and tracking;
- Direct contact with applicants who apply through the Platform.
A single job publish fee is non-refundable once the job has been made live on the Platform, regardless of the number of applications received or the outcome of the recruitment process.
21. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscription plans (both for job seekers and recruiters) are currently not set to auto-renew on BullSplit. Your subscription will expire at the end of the paid period and you will need to manually renew.
If auto-renewal is introduced in the future:
- You will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email;
- You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged;
- Charges will be processed using the payment method on file.
BullSplit will provide clear opt-in consent for any auto-renewal before enabling it.
22. Refund & Cancellation
All payments made on BullSplit are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Summary:
- Job seeker monthly/lifetime premium — non-refundable after activation;
- Recruiter monthly premium — non-refundable after activation;
- Single job publish fee — non-refundable once the job is made live;
- Failed or duplicate payments — reviewed on a case-by-case basis;
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.
23. Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting BullSplit at support@bullsplit.in is considered abuse of the payment system. In the event of an illegitimate chargeback:
- Your account will be suspended immediately pending investigation;
- BullSplit reserves the right to contest the chargeback with your financial institution;
- If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, your account will be permanently banned;
- BullSplit may seek recovery of any fees, losses, and administrative costs incurred.
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction before initiating any dispute with your bank.
24. Taxes & GST
All amounts displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR). BullSplit complies with applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations. Where applicable, GST will be levied on your purchase at the prevailing rate.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction beyond Indian GST. BullSplit is not responsible for providing tax advice, and you are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional for your specific situation.

25. Prohibited Conduct — Spam, Fraud & Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles;
- Collecting money or fees from job seekers under any pretext;
- Harvesting user data, emails, or contact information for unsolicited marketing;
- Sending spam, phishing messages, or malware through the Platform;
- Impersonating any person, organisation, or company;
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorisation;
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threatening behaviour;
- Attempting to manipulate search rankings, job views, or application counts;
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or access restrictions;
- Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform’s operations.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.
26. Account Suspension & Termination
BullSplit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:
- The account is in violation of these Terms;
- The account is being used fraudulently or deceptively;
- The account poses a risk to other users or the Platform;
- We receive a valid legal order or regulatory direction to do so;
- Continued operation of the account is against the interests of the Platform or its users.
Suspended accounts forfeit any active premium subscriptions without refund. Users who believe their account was wrongfully suspended may appeal by contacting support@bullsplit.in. BullSplit’s decision on appeal is final.
You may delete your own account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BullSplit, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
- Damages resulting from fraudulent job postings or fake candidate profiles;
- Loss or damage arising from your reliance on any content posted by other users;
- Any employment outcome or result of any job application made through the Platform;
- System downtime, data loss, or service interruptions;
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data by third parties.
In no event shall BullSplit’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to BullSplit in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹500 (five hundred rupees), whichever is greater.
28. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BullSplit and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of or access to the Platform;
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
- Your User Content or job postings;
- Your interactions with other users, recruiters, or employers;
- Any claim that your User Content infringes a third party’s rights.
29. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting BullSplit at support@bullsplit.in and allowing us 30 days to address the issue.
30. Modifications to Terms
BullSplit reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page;
- Send a notification to your registered email address where reasonably practicable;
- Post a notice on the Platform homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.
