We're seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Application Support Engineer to join our rapidly growing Customer Success team. Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend, with full coverage

About the Role: As an Application Support Engineer, you'll be the crucial link between our customers and product development, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in resolving intricate technical issues, transforming complex problems into clear and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to API integrations, databases, servers, and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective issue resolution and product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our platform, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and preferences.
  • Document and share knowledge with the team to improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, application support, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in API integrations, databases, servers, and microservices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies is a plus.
