Customer Care Executive (Part Time)

We're looking for a part-time customer care executive to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and escalating complex issues to the team lead.
