Customer Success Account Manager - APAC/EMEA

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Account Manager to join our Adobe team in India. As a key player in our APAC and EMEA regions, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and success through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with Adobe's SAAS solutions and Creative Cloud Subscriptions.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Adobe's offerings, fostering long-term customer loyalty and growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring seamless execution of customer success strategies.
• Track and analyze customer health metrics to proactively address potential issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Adobe product offerings, industry trends, and customer needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAAS solutions and Creative Cloud Subscriptions, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
