We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Technical Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth by providing exceptional technical support, solutioning, and strategic guidance to our clients.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer success and growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical expertise in software development and IT operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (depending on experience) Location: Mumbai Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexible hours as needed)
