Customer Success Manager (Chiropractic) – Work from Home / Dayshift

At BullSplit, we are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding patient experience, ensuring every individual receives seamless, supportive, and positive care throughout their journey with us.

In this dynamic role, you will seamlessly blend patient communication, care-plan coordination, and service delivery to meet the evolving needs of our patients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, fostering trust, and providing exceptional support to our patients, thereby driving patient satisfaction and loyalty.

• Coordinate patient care plans to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders
• Provide timely and empathetic communication to patients and their families
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient concerns and address service gaps
• Analyze patient feedback and make data-driven recommendations to improve our services

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Healthcare, Business Administration, or Social Work
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving patient satisfaction

• Competitive salary of ₹8.5 lakhs per annum
