Customer Support Associate

We're looking for part-time customer support associates to work with our clients across India. As a customer support associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to resolve customer queries via phone, email, and live chat. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to our senior support team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your problem-solving skills, customer service skills, and learn about the customer support industry.
