Customer Support Specialist

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at BullSplit. As a key member of our support team, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with top-notch assistance and exceptional service.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to client concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve client complaints, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BullSplit's products and services to provide informed and effective support to clients.
• Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of our customer support processes and services.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and technical information to clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, email clients, and other digital tools to manage client interactions and communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
