- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction across high-value enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of account plans and deliverables
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging industry trends, customer needs, and Autodesk's product offerings
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform account strategies and drive business growth
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with high-value clients
- Strong understanding of the AEC, manufacturing, or construction industries, with knowledge of industry trends and challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform account strategies and drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering
