Freelance Brand Designer

We are seeking a highly talented Brand Designer to join our dynamic team at Mindrift on the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/). As a key member of this innovative initiative, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging visual experiences that drive specialized data insights and solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a consistent brand identity across various platforms
• Design compelling visual content, including logos, graphics, and typography, to effectively communicate complex ideas and data insights
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesion throughout all marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand design, applying this knowledge to continuously improve and refine our brand's visual identity
• Work closely with the Tendem project team to understand their specific needs and develop tailored design solutions that meet their requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual designs that drive results
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English (C1 level or above)
