As our Engineering Lead, you'll be responsible for driving the technical direction of Lemon.io, making crucial decisions on architecture and prioritization, and directly impacting the speed and quality of our product releases. This is a hands-on role that requires you to work closely with our founder and product team to define success metrics and drive business impact. You'll lead a growing team of engineers, fostering a culture of high ownership, high speed, and low bureaucracy.

• Own the technical roadmap, ensuring every engineering effort contributes to business impact
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team that ships fast, iterates constantly, and tackles complexity as a cost
• Tackle complex problems, such as automated vetting, intelligent matching at scale, and demand-side bottlenecks
• Make tough prioritization calls, deciding what to build, what to skip, and what to kill
• Collaborate with the founder and product team to define success metrics before starting development
