Head of Governance & Portfolio Management

We are seeking a results-driven leader to join our team as the Head of Governance & Portfolio Management. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational strategy, fostering a culture of discipline and risk awareness, and driving execution-focused initiatives. As the central figure in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing governance and portfolio management functions, ensuring seamless integration and effective decision-making.

• Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence
• Lead the portfolio management function, driving strategic decisions, and optimizing resource allocation
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and discipline within the organisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure portfolio performance and governance effectiveness

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, portfolio management, or a related field
• Proven track record of leadership and strategic decision-making in a similar role
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and drive data-driven decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty

• This role is based in Mumbai, India
• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
