(Junior) Chief of Staff (w/m/d)

As a Chief of Staff, you will serve as a central interface directly alongside our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and drive the continuous development of our Operating Models. With a holistic approach, you will play a crucial role in shaping our next growth phase. You will identify hidden potential between departments and processes, and translate these into thoughtful solutions with measurable impact.

• **Strategic Project Leadership & Execution**: You will be responsible for analyzing and operationally implementing both central management initiatives and performance levers identified independently.
• **Interface Optimization & OKRs**: You will bridge gaps between units, support our OKR process, and ensure clear priorities and consistent theme execution.
• **Data-Driven Decision Making**: You will create analyses, presentations, and business cases as a solid decision-making foundation for the C-Level.
• **Process Design & Scalability**: You will define, document, and improve our processes – always data-driven and with a focus on global growth.
• **Tech Enablement**: You will use Vibe Coding and new tools to eliminate manual processes and enhance our efficiency.
• **Change Management**: You will accompany the transformation of our structure and engage teams in changes both communicatively and content-wise.
