• Screening resumes and supporting candidates in improving their applications
• Conducting first-round interviews and matching candidates with suitable career opportunities
• Contributing innovative ideas to our team and driving the development of our Employer Branding and Process Optimization initiatives

• A successful academic background or relevant work experience in recruitment
