We are also in the middle of a company-wide AI transformation, with teams across the business rethinking how work gets done.  The Role We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Content & AI Enablement  to help our marketing team create stronger work faster by combining AI ingenuity with marketing fundamentals. This is not a role for someone who wants to use AI around the edges. It is for someone who wants to help build a more modern, faster, smarter marketing function from the inside. You do not need to be a professional copywriter, designer, developer, or digital media expert. But you do need to know what strong marketing looks like: clear writing, sharp messaging, smart design, audience relevance, brand consistency, and content that actually gets people to pay attention. You should already be using AI tools beyond basic experimentation. You are not just asking ChatGPT for a caption once in a while. You are using AI to draft, edit, ideate, summarize, repurpose, design, produce, test, and improve how work gets done. You are curious about what comes next: smarter prompts, reusable workflows, AI skills, agents, automations, AI-assisted video creation, presentation development, and content systems that make marketing faster and better. Most importantly, you are leaning into how AI can evolve marketing.
