As an Operations Manager at CVS Health, you'll be an integral part of our store management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service.
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Store Management team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing store team, delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of store crew members, ensuring they're engaged, productive, and working towards common goals.
- Supervising and directing store activities, including sales, inventory management, and employee development.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, policies, and action plans.
- Fostering a positive store culture and promoting excellent customer service through effective communication and leadership.
- Managing store finances, including employee staffing, training, and development.
- Building strong relationships with store crew members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to drive store success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with store crew members, supervisors, and customers.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in retail management, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Competitive salary range of Rs. 25,00,000 - Rs. 35,00,000 per annum.
