Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Store Management team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing store team, delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of store crew members, ensuring they're engaged, productive, and working towards common goals.
• Supervising and directing store activities, including sales, inventory management, and employee development.
• Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, policies, and action plans.
• Fostering a positive store culture and promoting excellent customer service through effective communication and leadership.
• Managing store finances, including employee staffing, training, and development.
• Building strong relationships with store crew members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to drive store success.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with store crew members, supervisors, and customers.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in retail management, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
