Support our recruitment team by sourcing candidates on a part-time basis from home.
Job Duties
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database
- 4-5 hours per day
Requirements & Skills
• MBA/BBA in HR or related field
• Familiar with LinkedIn and job portals
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to assess candidate fitment
