- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering tangible results.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and GEO, with a focus on conversion-driven, ROI-oriented marketing.
- Develop and implement paid strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads, tailored to each client's project requirements.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Design and execute A/B tests on ad, audience, and landing page levels, with a focus on driving tangible results.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Competitive salary of ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
