**Job Description** We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Virtual Therapist to join our team. As a fully remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to children, adolescents, and young adults, prioritizing family-centric and culturally sensitive approaches.
• Utilize measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
• Collaborate with other care team members to deliver comprehensive care and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of anxiety and OCD care.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).
• Strong clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety and OCD.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a remote setting and maintain a high level of productivity.
