You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
- Provide exceptional account management, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive issue resolution
- Conduct regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer success strategies
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience working with SaaS-based solutions, preferably in the Indian market
- Competitive salary of โน18,00,000 to โน25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience
