Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide exceptional account management, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive issue resolution
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer success strategies
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with SaaS-based solutions, preferably in the Indian market
