We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate in our Produce Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service and ensuring a safe and clean environment that encourages customer loyalty.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their queries, and making product recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of produce products, including seasonal offerings, promotions, and quality standards.
• Promote corporate brands and foster a positive shopping experience by acknowledging, assisting, and appreciating our customers.
• Collaborate with the department manager to achieve sales and profit goals, while adhering to quality assurance standards.
• Stay informed about store promotions, seasonal ads, and product offerings to provide customers with accurate information.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including proper temperature controls, labeling, and inventory management.
• Identify and report any safety concerns, product discrepancies, or equipment issues to the department manager.
