You'll be part of the Android Team under the Mobile Cluster in our Customer Experience Stream - Demand Division, working alongside a diverse team of individuals to create exceptional user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to drive design initiatives that meet business goals and user needs.

• Developing intuitive and efficient user interfaces that enhance the passenger journey
• Shaping complex workflows into clear and simple customer experiences
• Leading end-to-end design initiatives from discovery to shipped experience
• Influencing roadmap decisions through strong product design thinking and evidence-based design
• Championing accessibility (WCAG) as a core design principle
• Owning complete mobile user journeys, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability
• Translating research and behavioral data into validated, high-impact solutions
• Identifying and closing UX gaps that affect conversion, retention, and satisfaction
• Designing for real-world constraints such as performance, responsiveness, platform guidelines, and edge cases
• Facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders around clear design direction
• Presenting design rationale confidently to product, engineering, and leadership
• Elevating craft standards and contributing to the development of a world-class design team.
