Work with Risk Department to manage portfolio quality while keeping strong commercial domain.

Build segmentation that reflects both profitability and default rate.

Support decisions that balance growth, approvals, risk, and long-term value.

Ensure product design and communication comply with consumer lending laws.

Keep a clear distinction between mandatory and voluntary product elements.

Work with Legal and Compliance on new launches, changes, and disclosures.

Analyze product complaints from customers, partner banks, and regulators and turn them into improvements

Lead product analytics across funnel, approval, conversion, take-up, retention, revenue, and profit.

Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion and customer lifetime value.

Build business cases and review post-launch performance.

Qualifikation Your skills Required Experience:

4+ years of Product Management experience. Experience in digital consumer lending. Strong understanding of lending products, customer acquisition funnels, and credit risk concepts. Experience working with dat
