**Accounting Specialist - Regulatory Reporting at an International Bank in Zürich**
We are BullSplit, a leading Indian part-time job site, and we are partnering with a renowned international bank in Zürich to find a skilled Accounting Specialist. Our client is a well-established financial institution seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Regulatory Reporting specialist.
- As a key member of the Group Risks team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining regulatory reports (COREP) on a monthly or quarterly basis for senior management and financial regulatory bodies.
- You will analyze and evaluate capital adequacy, identify and control capital requirements (Basel III, CRD, CRR), and develop a recovery plan.
- You will monitor regulatory developments under Basel III Pillar 1, assess the impact of new regulations, and collaborate on implementing new regulatory requirements.
- You will create statistics based on regulatory guidelines, ensure data quality in systems, and optimize COREP and FINREP reporting.
- You will also be involved in developing systems and taking on projects with regulatory content.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Finance, Economics, or Banking & Finance.
- Professional experience in auditing, consulting, or banking is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Basel III regulations and regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with FINMAG, CRD, CRR, and the ICAAP process that determines the level and quality of capital in relation to their risk profile.
- Interest in risk management frameworks and stress tests.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Structured, independent, and precise work approach, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
**Location:** Zürich, Switzerland
**Working Hours:** Full-time position, with standard working hours.
**Salary:** Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
