Remote Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a remote customer service representative to provide exceptional customer support to our clients. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and escalating complex issues to the team lead.
