Job Title: Senior Digital Solutions Lead - Gas Power Global Supply Chain

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the scouting, evaluation, and incubation of digital and AI solutions across our Gas Power Global Supply Chain. As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between operational realities and cutting-edge technology, driving innovation and digital transformation. This high-visibility role will play a crucial part in shaping our long-term digital and AI roadmap for the supply chain.

• Digital Solutions Scouting and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of digital solutions across the supply chain, including custom AI tool development and third-party evaluations. Engage with vendors and technology partners to identify market offerings and make informed recommendations on pursuit or rejection.

• AI Roadmap Development: Develop and manage a comprehensive AI roadmap for the Gas Power Supply Chain, ensuring individual projects align with a cohesive growth plan and contribute to a robust digital ecosystem.

• Business Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with functional leaders, corporate AI teams, and Digital Technology to develop and drive the business AI strategy for Gas Power Supply Chain. Align priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation across the broader AI ecosystem.

• Security Governance: Own business-side security governance and access management for Gas Power Supply Chain AI applications, working closely with Digital Technology and Cybersecurity teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise governance requirements before deployment.

• Evaluation Framework Development: Define and maintain an evaluation framework for candidate solutions, considering workflow fit, data readiness, integration requirements, and adoption feasibility.

• 8+ years of experience in digital solutions, AI, or related fields, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex solutions.
• Experience with security governance and access management, preferably in a business-side context.
