Senior Tableau Developer (Offshore – India Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our offshore team, you will work closely with our global clients to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

• Develop high-performing Tableau dashboards to meet the evolving needs of our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely project delivery
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration, data visualization, and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve our data visualization capabilities

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics, with a strong background in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases
• In-depth knowledge of Tableau dashboard development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data storytelling, and user experience (UX) design
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
