As a Staff Engineer on our Platform Engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of HighLevel's platform. You will design and develop shared frameworks, libraries, and core services that power our products at scale. As a Staff Engineer on our Platform Engineering team, you will be part of a high-performing team that enables more than 1.5 billion messages, 200 million leads, and 20 million conversations for over 1 million businesses we support every month. • Design and develop shared frameworks, libraries, and core services that power HighLevel's products at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex engineering challenges.
• Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for the Platform Engineering team.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality engineering standards.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a senior or staff engineer role.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex engineering problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

HighLevel is a remote-first organization, and this role can be performed from anywhere in India. However, occasional travel to our offices in India or other locations may be required.
