Strategic Workday Functional Analyst - Talent Management

We're looking for a highly skilled HR Technology Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about transforming healthcare. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our HR technology systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.

• Manage and administer HR technology systems, including Workday Talent Management and Learning Management Systems (LMS), to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure, customize, and implement HR software, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide user support and training.
• Develop and maintain data analytics and reporting capabilities to provide insightful data to HR and management.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate HR users on the functionality and best practices of HR technology systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR technology systems by streamlining workflows, eliminating redundancies, and enhancing system capabilities.
• Utilize Jira to document requirements for configuration changes in partnership with Product Owner and Business Owners.

• In-depth expertise in HR technology solutions, with a focus on Workday Talent Management and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support and training.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop project plans and execute system implementations.
• Proficiency in Jira and other HR technology systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science.

• Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
• Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
