Autonomous street cleaning is no longer a concept - it's on the road. At ENWAY, a Bucher Municipal company based in Berlin, we turn conventional street sweepers into self-driving machines through advanced robotics and software engineering. We've just launched our first product: the Bucher CityCat VR17ae, a fully autonomous compact sweeper. As our Systems & DevOps Lead Engineer, you'll own the backbone that lets us build and ship reliable software across our entire vehicle range — from our autonomous robotics stack to the next-generation software and electronics platform shared by our conventional sweepers. You'll build and run the CI/CD, embedded build, and infrastructure our software and hardware teams depend on every day, and set the technical direction for how we do it as we scale. This is a hands-on lead role for someone who's deeply technical, takes end-to-end ownership of systems and reliability, and enjoys being close to real hardware, not just cloud abstractions. You'll work directly with engineers across software, embedded, and hardware to remove friction and keep development fast and dependable. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that build, test, release, and deploy multiple software/hardware revisions in parallel.
