Verwaltungsfachwirt / Sachbearbeiter Finanzwesen (m/w/d)

In partnership with our Munich-based partner company, we are seeking a skilled "Administration and Finance Specialist" to join our team at the earliest opportunity.

As an Administration and Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the budgeting and financial planning for public institutions, municipal companies, and affiliated organizations. Your tasks will include:

• Participating in the monitoring of budgets, including the review, evaluation, and reporting of non-budgeted and over-budget expenses
• Assisting in the preparation of annual accounts and year-end financial reports
• Creating reports, financial analyses, and committee and resolution proposals on a regular basis
• Handling tasks related to grant, subsidy, and funding administration, insurance, and cost and performance accounting

• You hold a degree in Administration and Finance, Administration Assistant with Advanced Training (BL II), or a comparable qualification in the field of financial administration, financial management, accounting, or audit
• You have relevant work experience in public administration, preferably as a financial administrator, auditor, or budget planner
• You have knowledge of municipal budgeting and accounting laws, which is desirable
• You are responsible, reliable, and independent, with a structured and meticulous work approach
• You have secure German language skills
