Spectrum Solutions is a leading customer service solutions provider seeking a Part-time Customer Support Agent to work on weekends. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, and a strong problem-solving attitude. This is a part-time opportunity, and you will be expected to work 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
