Customer Care Agent

We are a telecalling company looking for customer care agents to handle customer queries via phone. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Experience in customer service is required, and knowledge of CRM software is a plus. This is a part-time remote job, and the working hours will be flexible. The candidate will be required to work for 25 hours a week.
