Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a customer support specialist to handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Experience in customer service is required, and knowledge of CRM software is a plus. This is a part-time remote job, and the working hours will be flexible. The candidate will be required to work for 20 hours a week.
