Customer Service Assistant

We are a retail company looking for customer service assistants to handle customer queries via phone and email. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is an internship remote job, and the working hours will be flexible. The candidate will be required to work for 20 hours a week.
