Customer Support Representative

We are an IT company looking for customer support representatives to handle customer queries via email and chat. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time remote job, and the working hours will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The candidate will be required to work for 40 hours a week.
